HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
For products in stock the processing time depends on when you proceed to the payment and your destiny. All orders are sent weekly on Thursdays.

EXPRESS MAIL — 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS

EUROPE
REGISTERED MAIL — 3 BUSINESS DAYS
ECONOMY MAIL — 5 BUSINESS DAYS






HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
I will email you after shipping with the registry code so you can track your order on CTT website (portuguese mail company).




CAN I MAKE RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Any article sold by MARIAMÉLIA that presents a significant flaw can be returned within 15 days, along with its invoice. Before sending back your product you must contact me by email. Unique articles will be fully reimbursed and others will be replaced with other article in perfect conditions.

However, the costs of returning a product for EU countries cannot be supported. The return and reshipping fees will be supported by the customer.
