I can’t be bothered shopping online. can I just place my order by email?
Yes, of course. You just need to send an email to info@mariamelia.com with the products and respective quantities you want and include your personal data for the order to be shipped to you.

I don’t understand how much I’ll pay for shipping.
In our shop the shipping options are limited because the website can’t calculate the shipping costs according to each product. To know how much you’ll pay for shipping on your order just send us an email to info@mariamelia.com and I’ll process your order by email or inform you of the right shipping option. You can check the average shipping costs here.
Is it possible to pick up your products in person?
Yes, it is, if you’re in the city of Porto. To do that just choose the option “Pick-up in Porto” at checkout or mencion that preference in your email. Your parcel will be available fordelivery solely in our address. After the purchase we’ll arrange a time and date for pick-up.
Are your pieces available in other shops?
Only our enamel lampshades are available in a shop in Lisbon, as well as our enamel color samples. Santo Infante it’s a homedecor shop and interior design studio solely working with portuguese brands.

I leave outside the UE, can I you ship to my country?
Yes, I can. I’ll just ask you to send me an email with your order, so I can give you a correct quote for shipping.

How much shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on weight and depends on the quantity of items. Each product has an estimate shipping cost. However, because it also deends on packaging, you’ll need to confirm these prices when placing your order.

How long does it take to arrive?
For products in stock the processing time depends on when you proceed to the payment and on your address. All orders are sent weekly on Mondays and Fridays.

How can I track my order?
I will email you after shipping with the registry code so you can track your order on CTT website (portuguese mail company).
Any article sold by MARIAMÉLIA that presents a significant flaw can be returned within 14 work days, along with its invoice. Before sending back your product you must contact me by email. Unique articles will be fully reimbursed and others will be replaced with other article in perfect conditions.
However, the costs of returning a product for EU countries cannot be supported. The return and reshipping fees will be supported by the customer.

MARIAMÉLIA® it’s a registered brand, based in Porto, Portugal, managed by Filipa Cruz. It is responsible for selling original artisan items and resseling other artisan items.

How can I get to know more about each item?
All items sold are described in this website through images and text. IF they’re not clear enough the clinet must contact MARIAMÉLIA in order to clear all doubts about the several characteristcis of a product, pefore proceeding with it’s purchase. Digital catalogues and pricing list can be requested by email.
What’s the care guide for each item?
Most of MARIAMÉLIA’s pieces are mainly handmade, and for that reason thay are prone to small imperfections due to their production process. Most of the materials used in the pieces are also in need of specific care, which is always indicated in the product’s description and sent together with the product. Because most materials are natural, they’re prone to change their appearance over time due to sunlight exposion or daily handling.

MARIAMÉLIA gathers all client data in a personal secure database, and will never pass this information to others or use this information for anything other than the processing of each order.
